Stair runner
Can anyone recommend who they used (I'm in Nassau) & give me a ballpark figure?
Carpet Depot in Wantagh quoted me at I think $900 installed for 13-14 stairs (can't remember). That seemed a bit steep to me. Any more affordable suggestions?

Maybe Montauk Carpet? They have locations all over so it might be worth it to call and see what they would charge.

DH's friend did our runner as a favor, but it would have cost that much.

We got a runner that it is really high quality wool and it was around $1300...so $900 doesn't sound that bad to me. It's so worth it...one of the best additions to our house!
