I took mine 3 days before expected AF and it came up positive so I think if you feel cramping and are not getting your period....go for it! Good Luck

well the earliest you should test is 10 dpo....And then some dont get a true BFP till AF is late, so its hard to say, everyone is different. once implantation occurs, the HCG horomone starts to produce, doubles each day. But it needs to time to get into your system and into yor urine. So I would say 10dpo is a good testing starting point
