spinoff to decks
Anyone have that composite decking? There are many different brands, but Trex is one of them. DH and I are thinking/designing our deck and I heard somewhere that it can get really hot and I'm worried about it with my dogs. Anyone have it? Noticed this?

We have the composite decking but my DH built it at the end of the season so I dont know yet if its hot on your feet. We were told it wouldnt be. THe stuff we used was called Timbertec from Riverhead buildig supply

My parents have Trex and it is amazing. There's some upkeep, but I would assume that's normal.
No splinters!!!!
