spinoff- quality time with DH during the week
Especially for the working moms, do you spend any quality time with DH during weekdays?
My DH comes home from work around 8. Then we just veg out in front of the TV and play around on the computer until I go to bed.
I would like to do something else that is more engaging, while we are at home. Any ideas?

I don't get home until around 6:30-7 (sometimes later) and I have to cook, clean, check homework, read with the boys and get them into bed. Once they are in bed I am SHOT and usually go right to bed - so we don't get a whole lot of quality time on the weekdays.
BUT... I do get up early with him (around 5:30) so we can have breakfast together, chit chat and whatever. It's only 45 minutes or so after he brushes his teeth, uses the john and gets dressed - but those 45 minutes are precious to us.

I do a lot of my baking after she goes to sleep so DH will hang out in the kitchen with me while I do that.
kinda lame, I know

Well DH usually gets home around 10pnm during the week so there is no quality time at night. However, we work close to each other and we do get quality time together during lunch. I cherish every moment I get with him.

No, most weeks DH is away all week. Our quality time has to wait for the weekend. Unfortunately, this is the only time I get to go out on my own too. But we did hire a babysitter for one evening a week so I've been getting out then too. When he is home during the week we do try to spend quality time (I won't go on the computer after DD goes to bed.) We usually just hang out & watch TV. Now that the weather's good we'll hang out on the balcony with a beverage.  Love that!!

DH gets home around 7-8PM.
We eat dinner, put DS to sleep, watch TV, use computer..Just veg out/relax.
Now that the warmer weather is approacing I'm hoping that when he gets home, before dinner, we can walk first.
