ok.. i'm putting myself in the line of fire on this one... but here goes..... 
Ross & Rachel (he was too whiney)
Brenda & Dylan (She was too whiney)
i'm sure theres more. alot of tv people get on my nerves

I don't think Carrie was a commitment phobe at all...
She dated poorly...
the guys she loved she stuck by (aside from the one cheating)

Peg and AL

I think Brenda DESERVED to lose Dylan...
SHE DID give him up...Kelly didn't come between them...BRENDA broke up with the brooding dylan to be with the goody superboy
