Special Persons/Grandparents Day help needed!
So because I have sooo much extra time in my schedule  , I volunteered in September to chair Grandparents/Special Persons Day....
It is in about three weeks and I have to get favors for 300-400 guests with practically no budget. I always knew I would supplement the budget myself because well, I have no shame in my competitive side and would like this to be "the best" event ever 
But, my overall budget is so small, and it includes all the refreshments and decorations...I need to spend like 50-75 cents per favor and I have no idea what to do or how much is too much.
Help!
And remember, I have no creative side...I much rather pay someone to be creative like that

what about having the kids plant a plant in honor of the special persons/grandparents? can't imagine dirt/styrofoam cups and seeds costing much?
