Special K Diet anyone?
I am on week 2 of the Special K diet. (But I don't do it on Sundays  )
So far I have lost about 10 pounds.
I have also been exercising 3-4 times a week a minimum of 30 minutes per. Elliptical 2 times a week and weight lifting 2 times a week. So I know that has helped.
Anyone else do it?
The box says lose 6 pounds in 2 weeks, but I was wondering how long can you do it before hitting a plateau?
