So...ummmm... i had a dream last night that i was pregnant
and this morning i woke up in a daze ready to go to the hospital to give birth
***?????
then i opened my eyes and realized im not
WHAT does that mean????

I've had a few of those dreams. My DH had one of them and it's because of the dream he had that made him finally agree to try for baby #2 
I do wonder what they mean though?

I think it means you are about to have a dream of yours to come to fruition. Like, wanting to go back to school and you finally sign up for classes.

I've had a few also.
I have heard that those dreams mean that your body is preparing itself/and also means you're ready to be pregnant (mentally I guess).............

I had a dream like this when I was in highschool -- I'm talking 15 years ago and I still remember it because I was terrified when I woke up!  I don't really think it meant anything though. Except maybe that I wanted to be pregnant one day? I dunno.

Dreams like yours mean that you are preparing yourself for a new stage in your life - not necessarily having a baby.

I had that dream a week before moving to FL. I dreamt that I was 7 weeks preggo and I was already showing and they already knew it was a boy!!

I had a preggo dream last night too. I dreamt that I had used a digital and pregnant came right up.
In my dream I was wearing the exact PJ's I wore to bed.
The dream felt incredably real.
I hope it means positive things
