yes. he (David) has been living with her family for a few days now (actually maybe a few weeks).

according to what Madonna said on Oprah it is permanent. In a year and a half they will be "checked on" to make sure that he is eating well and his living conditions are good, but besides that it is pretty much set in stone.

Sheesh - the kid is living with a gazillionaire!!! I think he'll manage to be fed once in a while!!!!
ETA: Anyone else think she is doing this because its the trendy and in thing to do right now and Angelina got so much celeb status for her adoptions? Dont get me wrong, I love Madonna, but still....
