So glad it was all melted this morning, I was able to see that one of the dogs I'm watching shit on the deck last night without me noticing. AH HA! The sun ratted him out! hahahahaahahaha

Exactly, I had a minor panick attack because I thought something happened. I couldn’t believe this was for the snow. All of N.J. was shutdown.
I told my friend, let’s leave now lol.

Wonder if the people involved in those accidents just LOVE snow because it's SOOOO Pretty.
Three people at work today looked outside and said "Oh look how pretty." I wanted to punch them. No, it's not. It causes major problems, accidents, death, property damage, heart attacks, expense, and a lot of stress. There is nothing good about it. At all.
Totally agree. People who like snow are the ones who can sit on their azz at home & stare at it while the rest of us are out there commuting in it and shoveling it. It causes nothing but problems.
I happen to love the snow (not more than sitting on a beach, but still). I have to get up and be at work just like everyone else. I cant call out sick b/c I have to be there to open the doors/alarms/vault. My job very rarely closes. I have kids that I need to get to school or a sitter. And I still love the snow. To me, it’s just serene. I give myself plenty of time to be somewhere and drive slow. Yes, it’s scary to have to be on the roads, but I still love it. I love that my kids get excited to play and I let them enjoy it. The shoveling part is annoying, but if my husband isn’t home to do it I have no problem throwing in snow boots and doing it myself. If I couldn’t, I’d make sure to hire someone that could. Just my outlook on snow.
Yes, took me 3 hours to get home. Listened to music. Talked to my mom on the phone. Cleaned out the crap in my console.
Came home to my kids soooo happy playing in the snow on the front lawn. They were so excited!

My husband who in fact loves snow as well. Was out working in it
15 hr day he had
Constantly being yelled out. Cursed. Given the finger for someone’s block not being plowed yet. Yet storm was not suppose to be that. Millions of cars on the road. Accidents etc. but yes. Let’s plow through tall the cars
Can’t imagine what kind of people would act like that. Gee. Who could hate winter so much

Definitely, I think it was 5+ in the end. I couldn’t believe it when I got off the train & walked to my car the amount of time it took to shovel it out & clear it off. When I parked it this morning I thought it would be nothing!

There were kids still at daycare last night at 10pm and it took people hours where it usually takes 10 minutes.
My kids had their first snow day today already...

My friend was sitting on the Cross Bronx for like 6 hours at a stand still due to the GWB being closed for accidents. I felt so bad, she lost her husband last week, and really didn't need this, but she was making the best of it!
