Since I can't drink the wine - would you eat the cheese?
DH and I are leaving for London & Paris on Wednesday. I won't be drinking the wine, but not having the cheese is going kill me!! WWYD? Eat it or stay away??

Oh how unfair! I would be more likely to drink the wine than eat the cheese. I'd probably abstain, that's just me though- the guilt wouldn't be worth it. So not fun. How many weeks are you?

You're right...they must! Ask around! Research online! 1 glass of wine wont hurt. Thats just my opinion

I did everything dreamy in moderation when I was preggo in Italy...wine, cheese, champagne etc.
I was 18 weeks at the time.

I would totally eat the cheese. But, I am way easy going when it comes to food. I would even let myself have a glass of wine.

I would do the same... you have to enjoy yourself... I mean one glass of wine never hurt and just don't make a meal out of the cheese and you'll be fine.. Your OB would know though...

I wouldn't drink the wine, but I would eat some of the cheese. Try to stay away from soft cheeses, and stick to the hard ones. Do some research before you leave, and try to stick with things that are pastureized. If you don't feel comfortable with the cheese their are always french pastries.

in the UK most of the cheese is pasturised, just like the cheese in the states. I am not sure about France, but I would be careful about what soft cheese you eat.
My best advice is have a big piece of chocolate cake instead of that cheese platter after dinner!!!

I would probably have the cheese in moderation and I would have a small glass of wine at night as well. Especially since my doctor told me to have a small glass tonight to help with my contractions.
