Shrimp recipe for a lot of people??
I am cooking for a lot of people--buffet style and wanted to make a shrimp dish. Any ideas on something that is not so hard to make? Any suggestions would be appreciated!
(we will also have sweet and sour chicken, sausage and peppers, sweet potatos, salad and i'm not sure what else)

I would make it as a pasta dish. Either in a red arriabatta/spicy red sauce or scampi/garlic & oil.

I am thinking of doing a garlic and oil type thing with pasts to help stretch it out.
