Should I think about a single umbrella type stroller??

with baby #2 on the way?

should I go cheap (like the free one you get at CVS) or should I think about something a tad better for the off chance that someone might go out with DD alone???

Or if I strap the newborn in a snugli to go for a walk around the neighborhood
