Should I go for Ugg or Ugg knock off?
I might put these on my holiday list......
are there any decent knock offs or am I better off paying the $$ for them.

IMO the real UGGS are so worth the money and they are warm and comfortable. I would not waste my money on a knockoff. I have three pairs of the real Uggs and I am so happy with them.

I dont think they are going out of style at all. And I definitley think peolpe will be wearing them next year.
I would get the real ones.

Since you are in georgia and it is not too cold there you may not wear them that much.. I would go for the knock-offs. I see them everywhere.

Real UGGS don't fit me proplerly. I must be the only person in the world who does not think they are so comfortable. This year, I bought a pair of Skechers boots that are not exactly UGGS knockoffs but are perfect for an UGGS kind of day!! I don't do knockoffs that are trying to be exact replicas because you can always tell. But there are some nice boots that are not exactly UGGS.

i wouldn't buy the knock offs...they all just look sooo cheesy imo.
But julz is right...you are in GEORGIA so i don't think i would even bother wasting the money on them at all

i have steve madden knock offs (look just like the real thing) and the real thing and IMO, there is a HUGE difference in comfort. i say go for the real ones.

if you are going to get a knockoff, get "ugh"s.
they are made by the same company, but b/c ugg is tradmarked in the US, even though they advertise by saying it is Australian etc. 
IMO, the quality went way down. I have two pairs of uggs, b/c i wanted the brand name. i am a bit sorry i did that, b/c i could have got great quality for a lot cheaper. I bought one pair in Australia (not cheaper here) and they were so soft and said it was made in Australia. i then bought another pair when i was in NY, and they werent as soft and were made in china.
the demand is so high they are making them in china now.
