Self Challenge Tip (TTC related)
I signed up to do the Self Challenge (exercise program) & I get daily tips sent to my cell phone. I thought I would share today's tip with you guys....
Women who do 30 minutes of vigorous exercise a day are 22% less likely to experience infertility due to ovulation problems. More info in February SELF Magazine.
I think I hae the Feb issue @ home. I f I find it I will try to read the article & share with you guys if it gives more info.
