I am overweight, so my dr said I didn't need to gain more then 15 lbs. Right now I'm at 31 weeks and I'm still 3 lbs less then when I got pregnant. The doctor said I might be able to go without gaining at all, and then I'm all excited because hopefully I'll lose SOMETHING when the baby is born. I lost 58 lbs prior to getting pregnant, and although I was expecting to gain, I'm glad I haven't yet because I'll hopefully get right back into losing once the baby is born. *fingers crossed*

Some of you have BARELY gained any weight!! I've gain a TON of water weight and my legs are UNRECOGNIZABLE. I'm 37 weeks/6 days and I have gained 45 lbs!! YEP! 45lbs! My Dr. thinks that at least 10-12 is from water. My case is unbelievable!

I am in the same boat. I have gained 49 1/2 lbs so far (37 weeks). The doctor said a ton of it is water and will go away pretty much right after baby is born.. The High blood pressure thing does not help when it comes to weight gain at all. I can not wait to get rid of all of this water. None of my shoes fit at all. I have been living in flip flops or no shoes at all. I am sending  cause i know how hard all of this is. Best of luck we are almost done.

I gained 48 lbs with my son and I have just about lost it all 7 weeks postpartum.

I cant wait to lose this weight...
My dr says my weight gain is right on...but Im more than my books say..
currently at (30 weeks Wed) Ive gained 32lbs
In the beg, I wasnt gaining anything... by the fourth month my dr. started getting a little concerned... by the end of the 5th month it was all down hill!!!
Oh no, I know that will be me. I'm 16 weeks and have gained 3 lbs. My doctor said to me today that's not THAT much. Because I am small she wants me to only gain 20lbs, yeah right lady we'll see.

With Andrew I gained 60 lbs and he was born at 35 weeks!!!!! Horrible I know! I lost most of it with the exception of 19 lbs.
Baby #2 10 weeks 1 pound! With Andrew at 10 weeks I gained 12 lbs!

I don't want to know. When I go to the doctor I face forward on the scale and the nice nurse simply writes down the number--I feel in my clothes that I gained at least 5 lbs and I am 11 weeks!!!
