Recipies using Marzipan (almond paste)?
DH has some leftover from his buche de noel... I guess it is almond paste.
Now he wants to make something with it for Easter dessert. No cakes!
Any suggestions?

Pignoli Cookies! It would be with almond paste...I'm really not sure if marzipan and almond paste are the same...
