recc a *cheap* eyelid/eye shadow primer
My the end of the day, my eye shadow is sliding off. I use Urban Decay eye shadow.
What's a CHEAP eyelid primer I can use that works well?

Milani eye primer is great. I can never find it in stores so I order from drugstore.com

I love ElF I get it at target it's $2 and works just as well as the expensive urban decay one

So I picked up the elf eyeshadow primer. I even worked out today for 45 minutes - including cardio - and my eye shadow never moved and my eye lids aren't all oily.
