Really gross question for you(sorry)

I had a positive opk on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday it was negative.

DH and I bd on Tuesday, Wed, and Thurs.

I ran on Friday and again this morning. Both yesterday adn today after I ran I had really stretchy but sticky phlegm looking cervical mucus. I did not get this throughout the day yesterday, just after my run. Other than that I didn't notice much mucus at all. Could I possibly still be ovulating?

Anyone get this at all?

Sorry for the really gross question but I googled it and didn't get a straight answer.

It's possible that you didn't ovulate on Wednesday/Thursday and are now. OPK's measure a surge in LH - you can surge without actually ovulating. Exercise will push CM out of you, same as a bowel movement. I would keep BDing!

i got ewcm after "O" the month i got BFP

the + means you will "O" 24-36 hours after so that would be wednesday thursday;
