Those pictures are so airbrushed and I bet that the stretched skin looks pretty bad. Also, it looks like it would take quite a bit of effort to keep the Intertit area clean.

All I have to say is that I was NATURALLY a EEE/FF and it made my entire teen life and early 20's life a nightmare. Having a breast reduction was the best thing I ever did. Nothing is more of a compliment to me than when someone says I have small boobs.

The plastic surgeons should have had her speak to a psychiatrist. She has an unhealthy obsession. Not much different than alcoholism, anorexia, bolemia, etc. She needs help, not bigger implants.
