I would do it in a HEARTBEAT..
But I have amazing benefits here that DH and DS are on with me...
But in a perfect world - yes !!!!!!!!!!

I did it. I quit my job and went back to school to change careers just before I turned 30. Best decision I could have made professionally. I have two more degrees, have amazing benefits and make more money now than I would have if I stayed in the old job.
I did all of this before I was married with a child and a house, though. Aside from the financial factor, there is a huge time commitment to school and one should be prepared for that as well.
