Question about the BOB Revolution

pmpkn087 Life is good... Member since 9/05 18504 total posts Name: Stephanie	Question about the BOB Revolution Does this stroller NOT secure shut? Are you supposed to use the strap to keep it closed. It doesn't work, what am I doing wrong?
