question about Obama's tax plan
For those who saw an increase in their paychecks this spring. When did this change 'kick in?'
My paychecks have been VERY different throughout the year because I'm getting taxed on my graduate tuition remission and also in January they raised our medical premium.
I'm trying to get an idea if I was affected by it. I cannot tell by looking at my stubs b/c my graduate tax kicked in around the time I (think) I would have seen the increase.

I think it started going into effect in March with a mid-April deadline for compliance.
