Question about favors for a 1st Birthday Party?
Do you just give favors to the kids?
What is the norm? Just the kids? Or both, kids and adults?

I did chocolate bars with the date of the party etc for the adults...then decorated piggy banks for the kids.

We did just the kids. At least I think that's what we did. 
We just did some gift bags with a few items that were geared for the age of the child.

I gave out candy bars that were the theme of our party and my DS's name and date to the adults. (Cat in the Hat) I gave out party bags with Dr. Seuss stuff to the kids.

we did kids only up to the age of 14.
each bag was custom to boy/girl & age appropriate

We're making them just for the kids. Older teens coming to the party are getting more "grown up" favors since they're coming from 4 hours away just for DS's party!
