Question about DS's Birthday cake...

I ordered his cake yesterday and they are going to put Pooh's face on the cake. The whole design will be on the front of the cake. Now I got these winnie the pooh cake figures. That are small they're not huge and it's Tigger, eyeore and Pooh with piglet (these two are together) and a birthday cake.

My question is do you think it would take away from the design of the cake if I put this figures on?

Oh I also have a pooh candle 1st birthday candle...

I would do the candle, but not the figurines. I don't think they make sense if the whole cake is Winnie the Pooh's face...

Re: Question about DS's Birthday cake...

Is it a sheet cake with Pooh's face? I would put the figurines next to the cake, not on it because it would take away from Pooh's face.

Yes it is a sheet cake...

What else can I do with the figures then? I can put them next to the cake but where. Any other things I can do with them?

Re: Question about DS's Birthday cake...

Usually the cake comes on a white board and the board is bigger than the cake. You can put them on that. OR, if you are making cupcakes, you can make DS a special cupcake with a figurine on top.

Oh ok I see what you all mean. When I pick up the cake, which is the day before the party, I will see if I have enough room on the board and maybe put them on the front part of the board.

I'm not making cupcakes. Maybe just a tray or 2 of cookies.

You could put the figures on the tray and put the cookies around them.
