puffy, dark under eye circles...
What can I use to minimize these puffy, dark under eye circles? They have been with me for years!
I'm 30 years old and I look like I haven't slept for that long!
TIA
I should add that i don't wear makeup so i'm not looking for a concelear. Just a cream or something.

I just started using an Aveeno brightening eye cream and I like it. It definitely minimized my circles. Clinique has some really good eye creams but they are twice the price.

I just started using Olay Definity eye cream about 2 weeks ago, and I actually see a difference. The skin under my eyes is much lighter/brighter than it was before I started using it. Just once a day at bedtime.
