Fortunately the anti vaxxer doesn't make the rules about what people are allowed to post.
Speaking of which, I don't know why the TPTB tolerate a sh!tty post like this one. It should be removed as it's clearly meant to start trouble in a passive aggressive manner and surely breaks the rules of the board.
