My mom watched and we talked about it today since she came over to come swimming.
Basically she said that they are more popular then ever, and can lead to a lot of problems since they provide little to no support.
She said that you should throw them out and get a new pair within 3 months.
That's as far as we got.
There are a lot of better quality flip flips out there----like Reefs, Tevas, and croc flip flops. I don't even feel like havianas are very supportive.
It's something to think about.

I find it hard to believe that they dont give support since I have them wear them everyday and def feel a difference from when I wear them to other flip flops- there is a spring to them- I dont get shin pain when I walk with them like I do with expensive sneakers, they keep me arched properly. I feel like I am walking on air when walking on concrete.
I absolutely LOVE them.
are we talking about the same thing

Its ok I was wondering if it was for flip flops b/c now on aol news there is something about them being bad for you.
I wonder if the OP meant flip flops and not the fit flops.
