Product Rave - Acne Related
MANY thanks to a post on the Beauty/Fashion board awhile back, I gave a new acne product a try and I have to say - i'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooo happy with the results...
Since going off the pill - i had acne like a teenager...it got better and then I got pregnant and WOW...it got BAAAAAAD!!!!!! I tried many, many things (all with salicylic acid, as my OB approved)...and nothing helped.
THEN i found The Neutrogena Rapid Clear line...oh THANK GOD!!!!!!
One thing I learned through my Mary Kay lady is that you are supposed to dedicate yourself to a line of products, don't use one from this one and one from another. Products like facial soaps, etc. are made to work TOGETHER...so i bought it all - soap, pads, acne overnight stuff, moisturizer...
I've been using it for 2 months now and could NOT be happier.... I would honestly say for maybe the past 3-4 weeks, i haven't had a single break out on my face!
Just wanted to rave and let you know how happy I am with this...since i know acne is a problem most of us have!
Just confirm with your OB that you can use products with salicylic acid (i know some prefer this, but some prefer benzoil peroxide)..

i have to say....and i'll be honest....i'm STILL breaking out on my back and neck...(i don't use it there - maybe i should)...so i know the acne hasn't gotten ANY better....but at least it's controlled on my face now!
