Post Workout Meal?
What do you ladies eat after you workout? I am never sure of the proper nutrition after a workout that consists of cardio and weights.

I've heard that you should eat something light and protein-heavy, something about repairing your muscles stronger? My mom always had a tablespoon of peanut butter after a workout.

no fat after your workout is best. only protein, 20-30 grams, and carbohydrates. This is a good time to have higher glycemic carbs.
I eat fat and protein before a workout.

A) peanut butter
B) cottage cheese and a slice of tomato on top
