I keep a ton of string cheese in my house-- it's great as a snack and to throw in your bag when you are running out.
I do eat the Horizon organic version though...
But, either or, it's pastuerized and safe.

they are fine like everyone said...we buy them at bjs and then dd and i split the bag...lol...she even always takes out two now and gives one to "mommy" and the other "for Samantha" (she's two so while it id not so cute in typed form, in person its precious!)
