please recommend your inexpensive shadow primer
i cannot justify spending $20 or more on a primer - it's just not me. my most expensive item of make-up is my mineral foundation that costs $12 and works as well as any expensive stuff i've tried.
i have started to wear eye shadow again (trying to be grown up  ) but it only lasts a few hours. does anyone make GOOD eye shadow primer that costs around $10 maybe?

MAC "Soft Ochre" is the best neutral base you can own. It's $16.50 but you can use it all the time.

I use this too- but only on Special occassions. On regular work days I dont use anything.

I use this too, but I don't love it...I think it's the wand or something that I can't get used to...I end up putting it on too thin or too thick...
