I will be praying for you
Your post scared me... my 4 month old is home the last 3 days with what sounds like croup. Pediatrician didnt do a flu test on her either.. I'm going to have my DH take her back for a follow today just to make sure

Thank you all so much for your continued thoughts and prayers. It's just a waiting game right now. They're keeping her sedated as she fights these viruses. She's opening her eyes a bit when they're checking on her which is great bc she's responding to touch and pain. We won't know if there is any long term damage until she's off the vent and off sedation. The PICU floor has a Ronald mcdonald house so we can get some food, something to drink, or just try to relax. We can also shower and do laundry. She's getting fed via ng tube. It's just hard to see her like this. So helpless.

My goodness, how scary. Thank god you were in the hospital.
Many many many prayers to Lila and all of you. Our little ones are stronger than we think and you use all your strength to give to her.
