Oh Beth....you can do this. And if you aren't as strong as you want, that's OK to. You have every right to break down today. Don't deny yourself the right to grieve.Even though you weren't "together"..he was still your husband who I'm sure you still cared for.

you CAN get through this. You WILL get through this. I so wish Kryssy was not sick today other wise I would love to have been there for you today. My heart goes out to you. Like another girl said. you may not have been together but he was and always will be a part of your life. You have to try and remember the good times, I know SO MUCH HARDER done then said. TRUST me i know. I would not have made it through the past 3 years with out LIF so PLEASE use us. We are here for you always and forever

hang in there woman. You will get through this.
You will look back on this as something that made you even stronger than before.
When the sun comes out again you will be happy and whole. My grandma always said "we plan and God laughs". There are curve balls everywhere but you have always hit them out of the park.
I will give you all my strength today. Use it and know that we are all around you sprititually. You will feel us there today and we will help propel you further.

You can get through this - just do whatever you have to, lean on your family and your friends, and take as many breaks and moments to yourself as you need.
The day of my father's service, I stayed with my best friend instead of my family. I'm sure they weren't too pleased, but that's what *I* needed to get through it, and it helped. My point being - do whatever you need to, without any thought to others. As selfish as it may sound, it will help you get through the day
