Peds office out of the Flu Shot again......
This is the 2nd time Ive tried to get him the flu shot and they are out .......AGAIN! This is annoying. Anyone else running into this issue at their peds office?

If you make an appointment, they don't make sure they have one for you?
We got them the first round at the beginning of the month, with no problems.

Oh really? That's annoying! I was going to call our office today to make an appt. to get DD's done, I wonder if they still have them in stock.

yes..I just posted this also..I am so mad. I had an appt for tomm and they called at 6 pm tonight and said they ran out and my DC appt is cancelled

I wonder if there is a shortage of shots for kids. I made DD's first appointment about 2 weeks ago and was told they had an opening the following day. Around 6pm the same day, they called and cancelled because they didn't have anymore flu shots. Re-scheduled for today, got a call Monday that they don't have it and that they will not be making anymore appt. and that I will have to call everyday to check if they received them. Called today and they didn't get any.

I made the appt last week for yesterday and they told me they ran out once I arrived there....now I have to call in two weeks...

Not only did my ped office not have it for DD, I made a doc appt for ME and DH to get the adult version at our doctor - they didn't have it either. All this after being told we are high on the priority list b/c there's a newborn in our house who can't be vaccinated till February. I'm supposed to call the ped again in 2 weeks to see if they got it.
