BY FAR THE BEST!!!! Dr. Serino is AMAZING! My ds had to have a baby root canal for a tooth that was damaged. He was 2 1/2. I was so nervous bu Dr. Serino was great. He talked me through everything he was going to do and in the end his work is great.

We use Dr. Adleberg too. It's a very nice practice (my 2 year old loves watching Elmo movies during her check up.) I like that they have weekend hours too.

Total Family Dentistry in St James has a pediatric dentist. I havent had to the oppurtunity to use the ped dentist BUT Im very happy with the practice itself.
