pediatric dentist
Hi, can anyone recommend a pediatirc dentist? My son is 3 1/2 - We live in East Meadow but I will travel a little bit. thank you.

The only one I know of is in Riverhead.. Dr. Hanlon I had to take my son there when he was 4/. She was really good.

why do you think he needs a pedodontist? Did he have trouble w/a regular dentist? Most kids don't need to see a specialist. I work @ Greater Long Island Deantal Health in Massapequa & we treat children of all ages.
Dr Rogers & Dr Woltmann are GREAT with kids. We have vidoe games & toys too.

Probably b/c most general dds dont have the patience or the experience to deal with kids. I highly rec a pedo than a general dds for kids. And if the child needs more than just a filling like a baby root canal a general dds CANNOT do them, ONLY a Pedodontist can.
