paint color for playroom
looking for suggestions for a paint color for the kids playroom (I have a boy and a girl). alot of the toys are bright colored so I want a lighter, more nuetral color. I was thinking a pale blue or light green but not sure how it would go good against bold colored toys. Also we are only using benjamin morre paints.

We have a light yellow color ~ Not the whole room is yellow ~ we have 1/2 white on top and yellow on the bottom.

i also like the idea of doing an accent wall and wall unit or book shelf in this blue

Pick a color you like - not what's going to match w/ the toys .....those toys will be gone in a few years .....
I'd go with a pale blue or pale green if you want color .....
our basement is the playroom and it's a very light cocoa color - but I wanted totally neutral

We did BM Jicama in our basement playroom, it is a light yellow but neutral enough to not fight with the toys etc.

Mine is a chocolate brown because thats what the room was before the kids came! But then when it became a playroom, I went and bought some wallies and decorated it for my son with trucks and planes etc.

we painted ours a nice neutral tan with white sheer curtains - there is enough color going on in there with toys to make your head explode

Our playroom is I think lemon meringue by Benjamin Moore. It is a nice yellow. I have blue carpeting and red roman shades. We have disney framed art, white shelving and a tan couch. We love how bright and fun the room is.

Not sure if this will help you since you said more of a neutral color but we did a brighter yellow because their playroom is in the basement and only has one small window. I wanted the room to be bright and fun.
Unfortunately I don't remember the BM color sorry!

thanks everyone!! I appreciate all the pictures and opinions on the different colors as I havent made my mind up yet 
allIwant-even though we will prob go more neutral, your playroom (and the color) is great!
Mrs.Yelomellow- love the green pictures and the soft blue. I was thinking of also doing a light green wall color, with a neutral rug, and then I have dark brown storage shleves for the toys.

Benjamin Moore Spring Meadow
Its a light green... we have a dark green rug down there so we wanted something that would match that while being cheery and bright, but not too crazy. I will find a pic and post shortly.

We used the color "corn husk" from Behr. It is a cheerful /light shade of green.
