Pain from tubal ligation
Has anyone experienced pain on one side (tube area)? I had my DS on Tues and had the Tubal on Wed. I am having this bad pain on the right side only. It is sensitive to the touch. When I go to the restroom it feels a little better. But sometimes I dont even feel like I had to go in the first place. Any info would be helpful.

First Congrats on the baby . Not to alarm you but if you are having any pain after a surgery I would contact the dr. and let them know what is going on.

I called the dr. and the dr that was on call (who assisted my reg OB), thinks that it is a pulled muscle, however I dont think that it should affect the way I go to the bathroom. I will wait to see my reg OB and see what he says. i have pain meds in the mean time.

Maybe it's a combo of the uterus still being swollen and the surgery? Are you going back to the Dr. soon? If you are still having the pain in the next day or so, I wouldn't delay getting it checked in person just to be safe.
