Other BTDT mom's- Reccomend your infant carrier thingy ( like Baby B'Jorn)
Sorry, can't think of the proper terminology- LOL....With my DS I had borrowed 2 of those from a friend ( I think they may have both been Graco's), but they were so user un-friendly and because my DS was on the big side, they never fit right...The straps were like ridiculous to get into and by the time I got myself situated DS was DONE !....I figured now with a 2nd on the way, I am definately going to need free hands and would like to get one that is easier to use and will hopefully fit this baby (who is already measuring on the bigger side) Any rec's ???

I have the Ergo Baby Carrier and LOVE it.
It can be worn front, back and on your side. It also has the highest weight limit.

I had a Baby Bjorn. I had to return it because of the strain on my back as soon as DD hit 15 pounds. I got the Ergo so I could side carry DD, but it was such a nightmare to get on and off on the side I returned it as well. I never tried the Ergo on the back, but it was easy to get on as a front carrier - but I had a sight problem (as in I couldn't see over DD's head) when she was in that position.

Baby Bjorn SPORT. We took Salsa classes using this until DD was over a year!

we have a baby bjorn that DS likes, and i also have a peanut shell sling for him which is great when i am out shopping - if he fusses i put him in there and stick a paci or bottle in his mouth and he is happy.

I have an EllaRoo wrap, which I looove - it was a little tricky tying the first couple of times, but now it is easy. It is very comfortable & distributes weight far better than my Bjorn.
BTW, here's a Long Island baby wearing group that has meetings in Brentwood & I think Roslyn, and they always bring a ton of different carriers for you to test. They can be a great resource!

Thank you. It is a Junai Ring Sling. I got it as a gift and I was very afraid of it at first! I use it all the time now.
