Oreo truffles
Anyone ever make them with nutter butter?
Also....how do they stay together if you do not dip them in chocolate? I was going to leave some plain b/c my sis can't have chocolate.

I never made them with nutter butter but Bakerella did and they looked yummy.
I know that the oreo truffles would hold up absolutely fine without chocolate. I freeze them for at least an hour. I would just try to keep them cool so they don't start to melt.

I've made them with nutter butters.....mmmmmm!!! so good!!!
If you're not covering them, just keep them chilled and they won't fall apart.
