I don't agree with your position that the election isn't over - but - let's go with that and look into the past and Bush v Gore. There can be no doubt that that election wasn't over because it went to the US Supreme Court. Despite the controversy and the uncertainty transition teams were put in place, and Clinton made sure Bush got all the necessary intelligence briefings. If for no other reason than what if the Biden team should be getting all briefings to protect the nation. To say it's not necessary is ridiculous.
It’s a matter of fact, not opinion, that the election isn’t over. All of the states haven’t yet certified the vote counts and the appeals process isn’t complete. Therefore, Biden is the projected winner and not the President-elect.

They won’t tell the public that ballots are counted internationally and should not be. They won’t tell them that the owners of Dominion are no where to be found. The same system that gave millions of votes to Chavez. The same system that shows you how to rig an election.
The man could not get anyone to come to his rallies and barely campaigned but he got more votes than Obama.
The truth is that ANY other President who wasn't a self centered, batshiit narcissist would have conceded and directed the GSA to certify given the current vote count.
That is what has already happened in the past and honestly anyone who denies that at this point either doesn't know anything about our political history or is delusional.
And BTW: When people claim they "question everything the media tells them" they think they sound savvy, as if they are some discerning consumer of news.

The truth is, "media" means a lot of things and obviously some outlets are better than others. There is a set of tools that people can use to determine credibility. When you say you never trust the media, you are announcing that you do not have this set of tools.
Furthermore, people who say this are usually the same people who believe conspiracy theories and youtube videos.
Normally I wouldn't care what random people think, but this is the attitude that is fueling our President's petulance and will literally cause more Americans to die.
I watch all different channels so I know the difference and if you don't think they all work with a script, then you need to do your own research. It has been proven over and over they use the same wording on assorted channels. There is no journalism anymore and I am old enough to remember back when people reported the news, not took sides.

Where do we stand?
The media has called the election while Trump is still fighting.
Who is right?
It’s true that in most years, there is a consensus about who won that makes legal niceties unnecessary. But it’s a major mistake to assume the present is like the past without any analysis. This isn’t like 1960 or 2000.
In 1960, two states were close and when Nixon chose not to contest, it ended.
In 2000, it came down to one state only and Gore fought all the way until December 12, 2000.
Every year is different. This year, there are five or six states that are still counting, still recounting or the subject of litigation. All the states are close except Michigan, but Michigan has ongoing litigation.
This year is also different because this is the closest election in the digital era and no other election has witnessed such apparent anomalies in the counting and so many allegations of cyber tampering. While the MSM protests that our elections systems are secure, they said the exact opposite two years ago. It must also be noted that computers are intrinsically subject to manipulation as at bottom, these machines store data in the form of zeroes and ones, binary codes that can be easily changed in ways that change all the other existing data sets such as vote tabulations. This makes massive and centralized fraud much easier, a type of fraud that would have been impossible in pre-digital elections.
No states have certified the results to the best of my knowledge.
Trump’s best path to victory is to flip Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Georgia through counts, recounts, litigation or some combination of the three. There are a few other combinations that could do it but that’s the cleanest route.
I am not in a position to evaluate the strength of Trump’s claims beyond what his lawyers say on TV.
I think it is obvious that Trump is a longshot to win but it’s mistake to give him zero chance.
The audience should know that, while I supported the Libertarian candidate in NY, I strongly favor Trump over Biden. I have said many times, I believe Biden’s election would be a catastrophe. So keep that in mind.
In these unique circumstances, the election is not over until all results are certified and all court action that could affect the outcome has concluded.
There is no reason at all to credit the media’s claims that the election is over when they have an obvious bias in favor of Biden and made obviously partisan electoral college calls. When you destroy your credibility, you destroy your credibility.
Many allegations of fraud and irregularities and error have been made by a wide variety of actors, including the Trump campaign, Trump allies in the media, alternative media outlets and numerous individuals. Some of the people making allegations are well known and others are obscure.
Many persons and organizations have made or credited allegations.
Against them and denying that any irregularities took place is the entire establishment, every single one of them: every Democrat, Big Tech, every member of the MSM and vast numbers of allies in the law and academia.
Not a single member of the establishment is saying that the legal process should play itself out and none are them are noting that Biden has not been officially elected yet.
The stakes are very high. There is not much gray area here so one very large collection of well known persons and orgs is going to be very wrong and their credibility such as it was before, will be severely damaged if not gone forever.
If Trump is somehow able to squeak out a win, there will undoubtedly be massive unrest, rioting and looting. This was probably in the cards anyway but the media’s premature calls for Biden, their rigged polls and their vicious disparagement of Trump following legal processes, will no doubt escalate whatever violence was previously penciled in.
It has been pointed out that Biden of all people should support Trump’s right to due process of law if he is confident that there were no irregularities as this will help unify the nation if Biden is elected. Why he has not done so is not clear and raises justifiable suspicions.
For the same reason, it is important that all the credible allegations be investigated and resolved so that we can know whether we have honest elections or not. Even if Trump’s efforts fail and Biden takes office, continued investigations even at that point are not moot as they could impact Biden’s political power and for other obvious reasons.
These issues can be investigated and determined not only through civil court processes but criminal investigations, congressional investigations and journalistic efforts, although there is very little journalism going on in the MSM.
Let’s put this issue in a larger context. The nation is sharply divided and at serious risk of civil unrest over the outcome of the election. I also believe that a Biden administration would be a disaster for the country and would lead to the country becoming a one-party state controlled by the Democrats. These are additional sound reasons for a full exploration of whether this election was fairly administered.
So, there are numerous reasons why all the plausible allegations of misconduct and fraud and all the statistical anomalies pointed out should be investigated and resolved fairly.
There is a lawful process for this and there are well-established time frames for resolving these issues that we saw operate in Bush v. Gore.
On the contrary, there are NO good reasons to oppose the full airing of these issues or vilify Trump or his supporters for trying to do so, even if you support Biden and are convinced that he won fair and square.
In fact, the only reason I can think of to oppose this lawful redress of grievances is if you think there may be merit to these grievances, which in and of itself, is suspicious.
Let the band play on.

The theory that the media is working to rid everyone of Trump and that they are ignoring crazy Guiliani cases as his hair paint drips from his face is ridiculous to me.
The "leftist" news media, whether print, tv, or radio will all take massive rating hits when Trump is no longer in office. They are well aware of this. So to think that there is some grand conspiracy isn't based on reality.

Dominion has no corporate ties with Venezuela, the Clinton Foundation or Soros. They are a US-base company. They are in Colorado...it's been used in many states....

The truth is, "media" means a lot of things and obviously some outlets are better than others. There is a set of tools that people can use to determine credibility. When you say you never trust the media, you are announcing that you do not have this set of tools.
Furthermore, people who say this are usually the same people who believe conspiracy theories and youtube videos.
Normally I wouldn't care what random people think, but this is the attitude that is fueling our President's petulance and will literally cause more Americans to die.

I don't agree with your position that the election isn't over - but - let's go with that and look into the past and Bush v Gore. There can be no doubt that that election wasn't over because it went to the US Supreme Court. Despite the controversy and the uncertainty transition teams were put in place, and Clinton made sure Bush got all the necessary intelligence briefings. If for no other reason than what if the Biden team should be getting all briefings to protect the nation. To say it's not necessary is ridiculous.
It’s a matter of fact, not opinion, that the election isn’t over. All of the states haven’t yet certified the vote counts and the appeals process isn’t complete. Therefore, Biden is the projected winner and not the President-elect.
They won’t listen to this because the media told them he is the winner. The media that is rushing this because they know there is so much fraud and want to end this quickly. The left and the media think people are stupid and won’t question anything and if they just get him to concede it will be all over and they will win the fight they have been trying to win for the last 4 years.
They will try and distract the public from the truth of the voting system and the absentee ballots that appeared at 4:30 in the morning and the places who claimed they closed and Democrats came back hours later to get these ballots.
They won’t tell the public that ballots are counted internationally and should not be. They won’t tell them that the owners of Dominion are no where to be found. The same system that gave millions of votes to Chavez. The same system that shows you how to rig an election.
The man could not get anyone to come to his rallies and barely campaigned but he got more votes than Obama.
The truth is that ANY other President who wasn't a self centered, batshiit narcissist would have conceded and directed the GSA to certify given the current vote count.
That is what has already happened in the past and honestly anyone who denies that at this point either doesn't know anything about our political history or is delusional.

I watch all different channels so I know the difference and if you don't think they all work with a script, then you need to do your own research. It has been proven over and over they use the same wording on assorted channels. There is no journalism anymore and I am old enough to remember back when people reported the news, not took sides.

Where do we stand?
The media has called the election while Trump is still fighting.
Who is right?
It’s true that in most years, there is a consensus about who won that makes legal niceties unnecessary. But it’s a major mistake to assume the present is like the past without any analysis. This isn’t like 1960 or 2000.
In 1960, two states were close and when Nixon chose not to contest, it ended.
In 2000, it came down to one state only and Gore fought all the way until December 12, 2000.
Every year is different. This year, there are five or six states that are still counting, still recounting or the subject of litigation. All the states are close except Michigan, but Michigan has ongoing litigation.
This year is also different because this is the closest election in the digital era and no other election has witnessed such apparent anomalies in the counting and so many allegations of cyber tampering. While the MSM protests that our elections systems are secure, they said the exact opposite two years ago. It must also be noted that computers are intrinsically subject to manipulation as at bottom, these machines store data in the form of zeroes and ones, binary codes that can be easily changed in ways that change all the other existing data sets such as vote tabulations. This makes massive and centralized fraud much easier, a type of fraud that would have been impossible in pre-digital elections.
No states have certified the results to the best of my knowledge.
Trump’s best path to victory is to flip Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Georgia through counts, recounts, litigation or some combination of the three. There are a few other combinations that could do it but that’s the cleanest route.
I am not in a position to evaluate the strength of Trump’s claims beyond what his lawyers say on TV.
I think it is obvious that Trump is a longshot to win but it’s mistake to give him zero chance.
The audience should know that, while I supported the Libertarian candidate in NY, I strongly favor Trump over Biden. I have said many times, I believe Biden’s election would be a catastrophe. So keep that in mind.
In these unique circumstances, the election is not over until all results are certified and all court action that could affect the outcome has concluded.
There is no reason at all to credit the media’s claims that the election is over when they have an obvious bias in favor of Biden and made obviously partisan electoral college calls. When you destroy your credibility, you destroy your credibility.
Many allegations of fraud and irregularities and error have been made by a wide variety of actors, including the Trump campaign, Trump allies in the media, alternative media outlets and numerous individuals. Some of the people making allegations are well known and others are obscure.
Many persons and organizations have made or credited allegations.
Against them and denying that any irregularities took place is the entire establishment, every single one of them: every Democrat, Big Tech, every member of the MSM and vast numbers of allies in the law and academia.
Not a single member of the establishment is saying that the legal process should play itself out and none are them are noting that Biden has not been officially elected yet.
The stakes are very high. There is not much gray area here so one very large collection of well known persons and orgs is going to be very wrong and their credibility such as it was before, will be severely damaged if not gone forever.
If Trump is somehow able to squeak out a win, there will undoubtedly be massive unrest, rioting and looting. This was probably in the cards anyway but the media’s premature calls for Biden, their rigged polls and their vicious disparagement of Trump following legal processes, will no doubt escalate whatever violence was previously penciled in.
It has been pointed out that Biden of all people should support Trump’s right to due process of law if he is confident that there were no irregularities as this will help unify the nation if Biden is elected. Why he has not done so is not clear and raises justifiable suspicions.
For the same reason, it is important that all the credible allegations be investigated and resolved so that we can know whether we have honest elections or not. Even if Trump’s efforts fail and Biden takes office, continued investigations even at that point are not moot as they could impact Biden’s political power and for other obvious reasons.
These issues can be investigated and determined not only through civil court processes but criminal investigations, congressional investigations and journalistic efforts, although there is very little journalism going on in the MSM.
Let’s put this issue in a larger context. The nation is sharply divided and at serious risk of civil unrest over the outcome of the election. I also believe that a Biden administration would be a disaster for the country and would lead to the country becoming a one-party state controlled by the Democrats. These are additional sound reasons for a full exploration of whether this election was fairly administered.
So, there are numerous reasons why all the plausible allegations of misconduct and fraud and all the statistical anomalies pointed out should be investigated and resolved fairly.
There is a lawful process for this and there are well-established time frames for resolving these issues that we saw operate in Bush v. Gore.
On the contrary, there are NO good reasons to oppose the full airing of these issues or vilify Trump or his supporters for trying to do so, even if you support Biden and are convinced that he won fair and square.
In fact, the only reason I can think of to oppose this lawful redress of grievances is if you think there may be merit to these grievances, which in and of itself, is suspicious.
Let the band play on.

Media isn't only TV.

You have ignored my point - which is that given what the polling shows RIGHT NOW, Trump has lost the election. As a result, FOR THE GOOD OF THE NATION, he should allow the Biden transition team access to intelligence briefings etc. To say a transition team is unnecessary is ridiculous.
