I had to work in Manorville this AM (exit 70) was doing great on the LIE until I hit 68..I sat, and sat.
The two lanes were open when I got there, but, I saw all the cop cars, the crime scene trucks etc.
I passed by again around 12 or so and they were still there. I was wondering what happened.
I hope the truck driver is ok.

Yeah...
Unfortunately, he was unconcious when he crashed. A few of my coworkers have been trained in CPR and to use the defribulators so they administered CPR but they didn't get any kind of response and his pulse was very faint.
We all suspect he had either a stroke or heart attack which is what made him go off the road. It's so sad, his poor family.
