I'm no longer going to be an April mommy either.
Due date is April 2, but c/s is scheduled for March 10.
Less than 2 months to go!
Can't wait.
Started packing my bag-----so far I have a robe and a cork screw. lol

I love that you are packing a cork screw.
How did your c-section end up so early? I thought they weren't allowed to do it more then a week before your due date. My OB said myomectomy is the only reason they can move it up more then a week and they are limited to 2.

I had some sort of complication last time and I can't go into labor on my own. I'm actually on weekly shots to prevent preterm labor. My first c/s was an emergency c/s due to low fluid, exactly at 36 weeks. Last time, I went into labor exactly at 36 weeks and had another c/s.
I am so looking forward to a glass of wine, delivery from a good restaurant and holding my new baby!

No I'm staying on this board. I may be a March mom now, which I actually love since I am a March baby myself, but week by week I am with you ladies. Hard to believe that week is #28 for me.

I wish I had a great update to give. Found out I have low platelets and have to be monitored every 2 weeks for now. I'm very crampy and have a lot of pressure "there". I just feel done. I also have low placenta and have to get checked every month to see if it moved. At this point I hope it doesn't so I can go early like I did with DD. I just feel very down

Me too, I do the 3 hour tomorrow. So worried I'm going to fail it. Not to mention no food from bed until almost noon tomorrow... I'll never survive.

I'm due Apr 2 too! You are so prepared and starting so early! I miss wine too, but can you drink if you plan to breast feed (and maybe you're not, not judging at all!). :)

Good luck and thanks ladies! I know, I can't believe I have to fast from 12am until after the test but I am sure I will survive, lol. I am going to pack a little something to eat right after because I have heard you can get a little nauseous from all of the sugar. I am just so annoyed that I have to drink that shat 3 times now! The first time wasn't horrible but 3 times, I might vom, ugh.

hey ladies! i was originally on the March thread but looks like we'll have an April baby! I'm due April 7th but we're planning the c-section date in a couple of weeks. can either be April 1st or 2nd. I think April 1st is a fun day but people think i'm crazy. LOL
I already have a 5.5 year old boy and now i'm having a girl!!

I just registered for three baby classes today and feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders! Taking them all through my hospital, LIJ -- Baby Care Basics (2 hour class), Breastfeeding (2 hour class) and Childbirth/Labor Prep (one day, 8 hour class). Best part was that when you signed up for the Childbirth/Labor class, you got the Breastfeeding class for free -- saved $65! YAY!
