Nursery School near or in East Meadow
My DS is going to be 3 next month. I want to start in him nursery school in September. He is in a in house daycare now. I am looking for something close to East Meadow or on the way to Levittown. That way I have family to pick him up if I do half days.

My DD is in Tender Gardens, we loooove it!! It's very school based, they just started doing sight words with her, but she is in the 4 yr old program. They have full day, and either 3 or 5 days a week. I highly recommend it! And it's less expensive then daycare! FM with any questions! I love that it's more school than daycare, her previous daycare was all about play and had her taking 2+ hour naps then she wouldn't sleep at night, this is wonderful! And she loves going because they are always doing something new!
ETA it's in Levittown, behind St Bernards on Hempstead Tpke, but it's not a Catholic school at all, it's just in one.

DS goes to Kiddie Junction in Levittown. I love it there, the teachers are great, they have a full curriculum, and they are all just really nice.

DD also goes to Kiddie Junction. We have been going there since she was 2. We love it!!
