Now that Katherine's eating "big people" food...
I think I'm gonna put on about 20 lbs! I finished her scrambled eggs today, her toaster oven french toast yesterday morning and her grilled cheese sandwich for yesterday's lunch. This is in addition to the chicken fingers and macaroni and pancakes the rest of the week...ugghhhh!!!
What do you guys do with the leftovers? I feel bad throwing them out, but I guess that's the best thing.

I usually save the mac & cheese --but finish almost everything else.
I'm sure I've already gained weight from it!!

I usually don't eat until after he's eaten, so if I have to finish his I'm not having a full meal in addition to that.
