New mom with stupid questions for BTDTs

So I am sick. I have no fever, but I am very nasal and I have a sore throat and just the ickiness of being sick (rather than just a small cold or allergies).

So here's the question... Can I take care of Baby G? I mean I am sure he's already been exposed to whatever bug made me sick, but where is the risk line drawn.

I have been sick for 3 days with chest congestion and a sinus infection. Risk wise I know Andrew has already been exposed to me so I am not worried too much about that. But I kept him home with me the past 2 days and it was a big mistake. I love him dearly but I think trying to take care of him and being sick has made me worse
