I don't think the poster meant it to be so depressing..but it was about friends who had sick babies and things go wrong..
I interpreted it more as a "be thankful for what you have", but i can see how it would scare us soon to be moms a little. I didn't take it badly though, i do agree that we should count our blessings!

I think maybe it was on the wrong board or maybe just that she didn't mean for it to upset anyone...I can see how it could upset us preggos...but I dont think it was meant to be mean in any way at all
this was the post:
I have been hearing so many horrible stories about women I know that are pregnant.....first my neighbor who didnt think she was able to have children finds out she is pregnant and then she is having all these problems passing out and spending her entire day throwing up and then she just got the WORSE NEWS ......the babys organs are up in his chest and he probably wont survive when he is born (she is already 5 months) he is a boy
then my uncle who is 2 yrs older than me(we grew up like siblings) his girlfriend has to have a shot everyday because she is clotting........they both got tested and they each carries a "BAD" gene that if she has a girl the baby will get and also the placenta wont attch or something
then my SIL best friend miscarried Christmas Eve
and a friend had a baby 2 weeks ago has a thyroid problem and will be on medicine forever
