Need recommendation for good facial plastic/dermatologic surgeon

Can anyone refer an excellent facial plastic/dermatologic surgeon (NYC, Nassau or Suffolk)?

I have a small growth under my eye and I don't want to just go to anyone to have it removed.

Call South Nassau Dermatology 516-766-0345.

I have been going to Dr. Leichter for a bout 12 years and I trust him completely. I know they have an entire team there and they are all great. I am not sure if they have a facial plastic surgeon on staff, but you can call and find out!

Please let me know who you end up with. I have a beauty mark that needs to be removed (suspicious looking). It is on my face and I don't want to get it removed by just anyone. My dermatologist wanted to take it off to be tested, but I wanted to look into it more to see if a plastic surgeon is the place to go. Good luck on your search.

My SIL is a nurse she told me to go to Dr. Lyle Leipziger in Great Neck, His # is 516.465.8787. He is beyond amazing .I swear he has hands of gold. I have had a few things done ...I'm very happy my SIL knows how crazy I can be when it comes to facial procedures! Good Luck!

My daughter (6 weeks) just had a facial hemangioma (strawberry birthmark) removed via laser at Laser and Skin Surgery Center of NY. It's rated the best place in the city for skin surgery.

Ainsley (my daughter) was treated by Dr. Geronemus. If he can use a laser on a 6 week old and not make her cry, then he's a genius in my book.
