Need help. Anyone know how to transfer video from my video camera?

It keeps telling me my resolution is too small to play the video. What the heck does that mean?

I can't even transfer it to the computer. When I hook up the usb to the camera, then I click on the link to the software, I get a message that says, "Cannot initialize application. Screen resolution is too small to display video." Chat Icon

when u hook up the usb cable, click on my computer icon. there should be a new drive letter (from your camera) and just browse the directory (folders) like you would any other. At that point, you can cut and paste.

Yes, typically when a camera records video, is a small size (320 x 240) but i've seen lower.
